Tim Hudner - Retired
Tim Hudner retired from Janus Capital Group in 2006 after a 25 year career in the financial services industry. Hudner was a member of the company's Executive Committee and held a number of positions at Janus including chief operations officer, chief technology officer, and president of Janus Service Company. Additionally, Hudner served as chairman and CEO of Capital Group Partners, one of Janus's principal subsidiaries, and as a director of its two asset management subsidiaries: Bay Isle Capital Management and Enhanced Investment Technologies.
Hudner has served on the Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD) board since March 2006. In addition to being on the board of directors for MHCD, he also serves on the board of the Center for Hearing, Speech, and Language, and on the corporate boards for Prima Capital Holdings and ALPS Fund Services, a third-party provider to mutual fund families. Additionally, he is on advisory boards for Developing Minds Software and the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado at Denver .
Hudner earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Boston College. He also served with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He and his wife Jean have two children, Sara and Sandy, and live in Englewood, Colorado.
