MHCD offers a range of student placement opportunities for community college, undergraduate, master's level and doctoral level students. Students develop cultural proficiency working with diverse populations through a broad range of multidisciplinary, community based clinical and administrative experiences.
Additionally, there is a Predoctoral Internship offered through the University of Denver Consortium. Only students from the University of Denver can be accepted into the internship. Please contact the University of Denver for additional information.

Your statement of interest will be acknowledged and forwarded to Student Placement mentors for review. You will be contacted within two weeks if you are being considered for the Student Placement opportunity.
You do not need to complete an application until you are selected for a position.
All student placements are unpaid.
Training will vary depending on the nature of the student placement but you can expect 3-12 months of practical training and exposure to case management, group therapies, individual therapies, and developing care plans for your chosen population.
